Palladium Hotel Group has made a positive balance of 2023 in FITUR, it has exceeded 1,000 million euros in managed business volume, reaching the figure of 1,069 million. Data that represents an increase of 16%
compared to the previous year and confirms the sustainable growth of the company. Along these lines, the group has increased its REVPAR by 14%, compared to 2022.
For the president of Palladium Hotel Group, Abel Matutes Prats, “overcoming the barrier of 1,000 million euros in managed business volume strengthens our business model, in which growth accompanied by profitability and customer satisfaction as essential pillars, is a winning bet.”
It should be noted that, in 2023, the group has placed 98% of its hotels above the sector average in terms of recommendation index and 75% are above the direct compset in terms of online reputation on social networks. Likewise, the Palladium Rewards loyalty program continues to grow, incorporating more than 25,000 new members each month and contributing up to 70% of direct sales channel revenue.

Main milestones for 2023, expansion and growth plans
The CEO of Palladium Hotel Group has highlighted the renovation carried out at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, in Riviera Maya; where they have premiered: Bravo Dinner & Dance, a new entertainment concept, and Family Selection, the group's VIP service for families, which, after this opening, now has a total of 444 suites in three destinations in Mexico: Puerto Vallarta , Costa Mujeres and Riviera Maya. The complete renovation undertaken at the hotel amounts to a total of 40 million dollars invested by the property.
This year, at the European level, the group will open the doors of Only YOU Hotel Sevilla, of its Only YOU Hotels urban brand. The brand will continue its international expansion with Only YOU Hotel Venecia. Both assets will be five stars.
Additionally, in 2024 work will also begin on the conversion of the current Palladium Hotel Palmyra, located in the municipality of Sant Antoni in Ibiza, which, after an investment of 13 million euros, will become a new five-star hotel, the first Only YOU Hotels in vacation format.
Likewise, in America, the group will begin a renovation process at Grand Palladium Imbassaí Resort & Spa, Brazil.
Finally, after the opening of 45 Times Square Hotel in New York, Palladium Hotel Group focuses on other cities in the United States such as Miami, Los Angeles or Chicago; and other destinations in Mexico, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, where the group studies expansion opportunities related to the brands in its portfolio.
Palladium Cares celebrates the opening of the first training centers in America
Palladium Cares, the identity that encompasses all the group's projects in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility, and which is articulated around 3 pillars - Our People, Our Community and Our Planet -, has made important progress with a strong emphasis on “ S” for Social.
On the other hand, in America, Palladium Cares has managed to launch the first local training centers in Jamaica, from which the local population benefits. In Mexico, the group works with Fundación Origen to develop a study plan adapted to the specific needs of local communities. The company's goal is to reach up to 2,500 beneficiaries in Mexico and 600 in Jamaica annually.
This seeks to contribute to closing the inequality gap, thus improving the prospects for stable and qualified employment for the local population.
Finally, the European project “4 causes to take action” which consists of four phases focused on childhood, inequality, the planet and care of the elderly; It has already registered 56 activities, in collaboration with 30 NGOs, which have involved more than 300 volunteers.
In relation to the field of Human Resources, the company has just received the Top Employer certification for the fourth consecutive year. In this same line, the Happy Trainee recognition stands out, granted by the certifier Choose My Company, and which focuses on positioning as an attractive center for young Talent.
