El Salvador celebrated love and friendship with “Operation Cupid” in Cerro Verde

For the second consecutive year, the Salvadoran Institute of Tourism held an event in the Cerro Verde Natural Park to celebrate love and friendship with Salvadoran families.

In a celebration where contact with nature and the pleasant climate were two of the main attractions, all the people who attended the invitation to “Operation Cupid” also participated in a really, a cookie decorating workshop, and enjoyed a movie according to to date and tasted different sandwiches in the heat of a controlled bonfire, thanks to ISTU.

Attendees had the option of staying in the park's cabins and the most extreme decided to camp in the areas designated for this, experiencing the low temperatures that the area has to the fullest.

The activity ended with a walk to the Ilamatepec Volcano, leaving at 3:30 in the morning so that attendees could appreciate the sunrise at the summit. Groups of friends, couples and entire families decided to take on the challenge and see the natural spectacle that the volcano offers.  

In addition, the event was accompanied by several sponsors such as: Vijosa and Coscafé, who gave promotional materials to all attendees.
