Pizzorno
It is located 20 km north of the city of Montevideo, in the Canelón Chico region. The 21 hectares of vineyards that surround the winery are planted on gentle slopes with permeable soils, clay loam grain, calcareous, with little depth. The strains they grow are Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Arinarnoa, Marselan, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Moscatel de Hamburgo.
The complex has a restaurant, where you can enjoy a 3-course paired lunch with a variety of starters, main dishes and desserts. All the dishes on the menu were designed to pair the wines perfectly. Deicas Family
It is located 40 km from the city of Montevideo, in the department of Canelones. The wines of this winery are produced on a small scale, taking meticulous care of the entire process, from the vineyard to the cellar. The main building work of Familia Deicas is the current Cava de Preludio, an underground structure where the humidity and temperature conditions are ideal for aging great wines.
The complex offers three gastronomic experiences that pair perfectly with wines. The restaurant was born with the objective of providing an experience of aromas and flavors. Also, there are three other proposals that invite you to discover the different wines.

Fripp Winery
It is located 30 minutes from the city of Colonia del Sacramento and Carmelo. They have six hectares of vineyards in which the varieties of Chardonnay, Moscatel, Merlot, Marselán, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tannat are planted.
It has a tasting room for 45 people and a large glazed and heated terrace, with panoramic views of the vineyard with capacity for 70 people. In the winery you can do wine tastings and guided tours of all the facilities and vineyards. The complex has a restaurant where you can have lunch and they offer tables with local products, home cooking with garden vegetables, vegetarian pasta, and a grill on weekends. You can also hold weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and any type of celebration. As well as work days and business meetings.

Cerro del Toro Winery
It is located in Piriápolis, on the northeast slope of Cerro del Toro, in a field of 800 hectares, of which 28 are currently in production. The vineyard began to be planted in the spring of 2016, with national and imported material. Two thirds are occupied by red varieties and the rest by white. Half of the surface is made up of tannat, merlot and albariño. The rest of the reds are Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Gamaret and Lacrima Christi. The whites complete it with chardonnay, viognier and pinot grigio.
