A space for meeting and action
"In an incredible environment such as the Costa Fascinosa, in this 8M, today we celebrate above all a meeting between peers, an invitation to reflection, but above all, an invitation to action," he highlighted. Antonio Marín, Rector of CEMA University.

For his part, Fernando Joselevich, Country Manager for Argentina and LATAM of Costa Cruises, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary of operations, highlighted that “in a world in constant change, it is crucial that companies adapt and embrace diversity in all their forms. Today, on each Costa cruise ship there are hundreds of women who are leading in areas such as operations, commercial management, service and guest attention. That's why I welcome the opportunity to bring 80 business leaders together on this ship to explore how we can navigate together toward a more inclusive and equitable future. "I hope we can all leave here with greater understanding and a renewed commitment to creating work environments that foster diversity and inclusion."

After a shared lunch, the debate took place in a collaborative workshop format under the slogan "It's already in our hands, and now what do we do?" Participants exchanged ideas and experiences, and committed to working together to create more diverse and inclusive work environments.
