Successful XXL weekend with tourist movement throughout Argentina

According to data from the Argentine Tourism Observatory (OAT) of the Argentine Chamber of Tourism (CAT), it was a weekend with great tourist movement and high concentration in the different regions of the country

Various destinations exceeded 90% occupancy, even reaching full occupancy.

The stay averaged between 3.5 and 4 nights. And a trend, previously observed, was reiterated, according to which the level of reservations did not reflect the final occupancy in the destinations. Many tourists chose to confirm their trips at the last minute.

Among the most chosen, according to information from the OAT, with occupancy between 90 and 100%:

Province of Buenos Aires: Mar del Plata 90% with record weekend; Villa Gesell 100%; Pampas Sea 100%; Blue Sea 100%; Tandil 98%; Valeria del Mar 96%; Sierra de la Ventana 94%; Cariló 93%.

Catamarca: Tinogasta; Belén and Antofagasta had 100% occupancy.

Córdoba: Villa General Belgrano 99.85%; Cattail 99%; The Missing 99%; Carlos Paz 95%; The 95% Summit.

Currents: Itati – Pellegrini 100%; Goya – S. Take 98%; Currents 95%

Entre Ríos: Villa Elisa 99%; Federation 95%.

Jujuy: La Quebrada 96.9%

La Rioja: Villa Unión 92%; Chilecito 90%

Mendoza: City of Mendoza 92%; City of San Rafael 92%; Potrerillos 93%.

Missions: Iguazú 95%

Río Negro: El Bolsón and Dina Huapi 90%

San Juan: Fertile Valley; Church and Calingasta 100%

Salta: La Caldera 92.7%; Iruya 90.7%

San Luis: Potrero de los Funes: 98%; Villa de Merlo: 97%; El Trapiche: 96%

Tucumán: Tafí Viejo 90%; Tafi del Valle 90%
