Part of this, he says, is the result of the Tianguis Turístico 2024, which is taking place in Acapulco, Guerrero.

“I am very happy that this Tianguis is on the right track, it seemed very difficult at the beginning, but the strength of all the people of Acapulco, Guerrero and the efforts of the private sector have been fundamental, especially the coordination of the three levels of government,” he stressed.

“We have worked hard to break the loss of positioning in the international arena that was being suffered in 2018, in terms of foreign exchange, which is how the tourist potential of a nation is measured, we were in very distant 17th place and in per capita spending 40, today we are at tenth and at 28, we will continue working,” he exclaimed.
