The activity includes nine different Master Classes, every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the month of April. Each meeting proposes a pairing of 3 Chilean wines plus 3 dishes from Bar Terroir in Tribeca in New York, which have been adapted by El Toro Restorán for this Pop-Up.

Promoted by Chile Travel, the events will feature the presence of Paul Grieco, a renowned sommelier from New York, who will present the dishes along with various Chilean winemakers in charge of the wine tastings. They will vary week after week, among them Diego Rivera, Aurelio Montes and Christian Vallejo will be present.

Grieco is the owner of the Terroir wine bar in New York and one of the most influential people in the world of sommeliers in the US. He has worked at several of the city's most renowned restaurants, including Bouley, Gotham Bar & Grill and Gramercy Tavern.

During the initiative, more than 50 wines selected by the sommelier will be exhibited, including international and Chilean wines. The meetings will be provided in English and Spanish.

Another of the striking points of the proposal is the new space called “Teatro El Toro”, which has just opened and will house the Terroir pop-up. Place prepared to live a masterful moment and enjoy exquisite cuisine, accompanied by good music.

The main objective is to strengthen the image of premium wine in the national and international markets, positioning the best quality and diversity of Chilean wine, focusing on cooperation and understanding of the export ecosystem.

The trans-Andean country has the Colchagua, Casablanca and Maipo Valleys, in Santiago de Chile and surrounding areas. Wine-growing areas with extensive production, which position the Chilean territory among the most important in the world.
