Orinter promotes partnership with the state of Alagoas

Orinter is one of the most traditional tour operators in Brazil, with 33 years of history, it teamed up with the state of Alagoas to promote the destination and optimize sales among travel agents

Alagoas, a small Brazilian state full of natural and cultural beauty, attracts tourists from all over the world with its stunning beaches.

Rodrigo Carvalho, who was a tourist guide for 25 years in the state and today works as a destination consultant together with Luck Receptivo, ABIH de Alagoas and Setur Alagoas, was the presenter of the event to train agents about the destination.

The hotel network in Alagoas is modern and diversified, offering approximately 45 thousand beds. Its beautiful beaches are often mentioned in rankings of the most beautiful in Brazil. Furthermore, the state offers one of the best value for money in the Northeast, with short distances between the various tourist destinations, all within a few kilometers of the capital. With a variety of tourist products for different audiences, Alagoas is a versatile destination. And, with investments in public security, including new technologies and agile police operations, the state's coastline is considered very safe.

Maceió and the beaches of Costa dos Corais

Maceió, the capital of Alagoas, is known for its beaches with crystal clear waters and white sand. The famous Pajuçara Beach is one of the main tourist attractions, where visitors can enjoy raft trips to the natural pools formed by the coral reefs. Maceió's waterfront also offers a variety of bars, restaurants and shops, making it an ideal option for those looking for fun and entertainment by the sea.

São Miguel dos Milagres and the Ecological Route

Located about 100 km north of Maceió, São Miguel dos Milagres is an untouched paradise with deserted beaches and crystal clear waters. Part of the Ecological Route, this region is perfect for lovers of nature and tranquility. Visitors can explore natural pools, take ecological trails and meet local fishing communities, where the authenticity of Alagoas culture is preserved.

Maragogi and Galés

Known as the Brazilian Caribbean, Maragogi is famous for its natural pools, known as Galés. About 125 km north of Maceió, this region offers visitors the opportunity to dive in crystal clear waters full of colorful marine life. Furthermore, Maragogi has paradisiacal beaches and luxury resorts, making it an unmissable destination for those seeking relaxation and adventure.

Penedo and Colonial History

Located on the banks of the São Francisco River, Penedo is a charming city known for its colonial architecture and rich history. Visitors can explore centuries-old churches, preserved mansions and museums that tell the history of the region. In addition, Penedo offers boat trips along the São Francisco River, where travelers can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and learn about the riverside culture.

Piranhas and the São Francisco Canyon

A few kilometers from Penedo is the city of Piranhas, which serves as a starting point for exploring the impressive São Francisco River Canyon. Visitors can take boat trips along the river, admire the imposing rock formations and enjoy stunning views of the sunset. Piranhas also offers a picturesque atmosphere, with cobblestone streets and colorful houses, dating back to the colonial period.

Fernanda Moraes, partner at travel agency Viva la Vida Turismo, shared that her last visit to Alagoas was in 2010. She expressed a desire to return, highlighting the significant changes that have occurred in the state since then, with the addition of numerous new attractions and a remarkable transformation in its landscape and tourist offer.

Jorge Souza marketing director at Orinter said that the operator is focused on promoting the destination.
