Senatur and A Todo Pulmón work towards tourism and sustainable development

The Minister of Tourism, Angie Duarte, received Osvaldo Turlan, executive director of “A Todo Pulmón Paraguay Respira”, in order to articulate actions in pursuit of tourism and sustainable development.

Senatur and said organization have been working on environmental projects related to nature tourism and the conservation of ecosystems, such as tree planting within the Historic Center of Asunción and reforestation of tourist sites throughout the national territory.

Some of them are located in the Chaco Seco Region where the Great American Chaco Interpretation Center operates. Also in the Jesuit Missions of Itapúa and in the Experiential Circuit of the Guarani World, the latter located in the Nature Reserve of Yguazú, Upper Paraná.

It should be noted that currently one of the joint initiatives to delight tourists is the Route of the Colossi, a tourist product that promotes ecotourism and provides the opportunity to see the great and historic trees representative of various ecoregions, in addition to contemplation. and appreciation of the culture, nature and gastronomy of each destination visited.
