From Meliá PRO, the exclusive platform of Meliá Hotels International, for travel agents, event organizers and companies, we are pleased to announce the launch of our annual campaign "The Month of the Agent". This initiative, designed specifically for travel agents who are members of Meliá PRO, coincides with the celebration of Travel Agent Day, which takes place during the last week of April and the first week of May.

It is worth remembering that, through this platform, travel agents can access special rates, have real-time inventory and detailed information about the chain's hotels, earn MeliáRewards points on their personal and professional reservations and enjoy up to 45 % discount for your personal vacation.

Throughout the month of May, agents will have the opportunity to enjoy special commissions at a selection of participating hotels when making reservations through their online platform or their Contact Center. An exclusive offer as a sign of Meliá's commitment to travel agents, whom it has always called its “Guardian Angels”.

Additionally, this month, agents will be able to win a free stay in destinations such as Punta Cana, Playa del Carmen, Lima or Brazil, through a series of dynamics on social networks and under the motto "You make the reservations, we make your stays." .

1.Direct prize, agents who book during the campaign period will be able to participate in this dynamic, where they will be eligible to win a stay for 2 people in a selection of participating hotels.

2.Meliá PRO Hashtag Challenge, by booking a minimum number of nights and mentioning the official hashtag of the #MeliáPROAgentLovers campaign on social media, agents will be able to win a free stay.

3.The big trip of the year, agents who confirm reservations for a value equal to or greater than 1,000 USD during the campaign period will access a prize roulette where they will obtain up to 150,000 MeliáRewards points and exclusive stays in the chain's luxury hotels such as Paradisus Grand Cana, Paradisus La Perla or ME Cabo.

And on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its MeliáRewards loyalty program, a third benefit will be granted related to the program's points. Additionally, the MeliáRewards program will distribute 1,000,000 points among the 10 best agents of the month.
