SENATUR evaluates tourist establishments to distinguish them with quality seals

The Ministry of Tourism of Paraguay began the work of evaluating the quality benchmarks for the certification of five tourist establishments in Alto Paraná

The objective is to position them as the most prominent companies in the region. The evaluation criteria and prior technical advice were carried out at the Parque Asahí Resort in Yguazú, JMJ Hostel in the city of Santa Rita, both due to compliance with the indicators of the Manual of Good Practices for Non-Hotel Establishments.

Also, were visited Doña Brígida Churrasquería & Events, of Minga Guazú; Restaurant Mburuvichá and Ravello Ristorante, both in Ciudad del Este, for complying with the indicators of the Manual of Good Practices for Gastronomic Establishments.

The evaluation criteria for both sectors are based on compliance indicators of Establishment Operational Management, Material Resources, Maintenance and Cleaning, Establishment Personnel, Customer Satisfaction, Environmental Management and Safety.

They will later be distinguished with the Tourism Quality seal, in parallel, giving continuity to other establishments close to being certified, at the country level we have 55 establishments adhered to the System.
