The invitation of summer is here: Royal Caribbean International and GRAMMY Award-winning artist Meghan Trainor are hosting the ultimate party and concert, and 52 fans will have the chance to join the celebration. The world’s largest cruise line has named the singer-songwriter godmother of the all-new Utopia of the Seas, the ultimate short getaway that brings weekend energy to every day of the week, and will celebrate with an exclusive three-night party beginning July 15. Beginning today, Friday, July 5, through 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Sunday, July 7, fans can enter for a chance to join the celebration. Party after party is in store for the three-night cruise, from a live performance on Utopia by the “Timeless” singer while the ship is at Royal Caribbean’s award-winning private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas, to a one-of-a-kind naming party with Utopia’s newly elected godmother. It all takes place just days before the new vacation’s official debut on July 19 in Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida.

Kicking off the three-night celebration, Royal Caribbean and Trainor will officially name Utopia alongside special guests, ship crew members, media, partners and 52 fans – one for each weekend of the year and their guests. Trainor, as godmother, will join a long-standing maritime tradition when she bestows guardianship of the ultimate short getaway, her crew and the millions of people who will enjoy Utopia for years to come. The party will keep going with Trainor’s signature show at the iconic outdoor AquaTheater, and fans will be able to slip behind the velvet curtain to meet the star in person.
