With 10 years of experience in the market, Brasileiros em Ushuaia, the largest Brazilian tourism company outside Brazil, expects more than 50 thousand Brazilians in the regions of El Calafate and Ushuaia this winter season, which began on June 20.

The expected increase reflects the interest of Brazilians in the attractions and experiences offered by the company, especially in Ushuaia and El Calafate, which are increasingly consolidating themselves as tourist destinations among Brazilians. With the increase in the number of visitors and the arrival of the winter season in Argentina, Brasileiros em Ushuaia, which specializes in providing experiences for Brazilian tourists in Argentine Patagonia, is expanding its services and offering even more personalized experiences to its customers.

The agency is offering exclusive tours, including the new “Nordic Night at the End of the World” attraction at Park Austral. Guests begin by immersing themselves in Norse history around a campfire and sipping mead from horn-shaped glasses. Next, they board the Nordic Sleigh through snow-covered forests, followed by hot chocolate at Tip Viking. Dinner includes a rustic platter of fruit, bread and cheese, followed by a variety of meats, trout in herb sauce with mashed potatoes or pumpkin, and dessert.

The “Boat Park” is also a new addition to the Ushuaia offer. The track for the tube ride has four different elevations, allowing you to choose the level of excitement you want during the ride. After settling in, the adventurer will descend the mountain, sliding inside the tube, with different elevations and being able to compete with friends or family. The arrival is cushioned by a synthetic mat, in order to guarantee the safety of all visitors. After enjoying the route and all its elevations, the highlight is the meal included in the package: unlimited pizza.

“This projected increase is due to the unique attractions we are offering Brazilian tourists. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide the best experiences and activities, so that they feel at home,” said Mario Barros, founder of Brasileiros em Ushuaia.

Aerolíneas has announced that it will have two weekly flights from São Paulo to Ushuaia and Chapelco/Neuquén (with a stopover at Aeroparque). El Calafate is also a popular destination for Brazilians during the winter season in Argentina. Therefore, Flybondi has announced that starting August 2nd it will include a new connection between these destinations, starting flights between the cities of Ushuaia and El Calafate.

About Brazilians in Ushuaia

Brasileiros em Ushuaia began its journey in 2010, when Mario Barros and his wife Janaína decided to spend their vacation in Ushuaia. Two years later, they decided to return, but this time to stay. Today, Brasileiros em Ushuaia directly employs 230 people, consolidating its position as the largest travel agency in the world focused on Brazilians outside of Brazil. The company currently operates with two agencies in Ushuaia and two others in El Calafate, in addition to a head office in Brazil, offering complete packages that include tours, accommodation, flight options, transfers, travel insurance and all the necessary support, such as clothing and snow equipment rental stores, providing convenience and comfort to visitors. In addition to the agencies, the company has a Winter Center in Ushuaia, known as Park Austral, which operates year-round. In El Calafate, Brasileiros em Ushuaia manages Estancia Tierras Patagônicas, a farm that offers several activities for tourists.
