Iberostar Beachfront Resorts has introduced a significant evolution of its brand identity and hotel portfolio segmentation, demonstrating the company's commitment to continue creating memorable experiences for its guests. The new approach is deeply rooted in five strategic pillars: offering exceptional quality, simple and agile guest service, providing service from the heart and proactively seeking new ways to surprise while promoting a responsible tourism model.

In this way, Iberostar is launching three distinct brand segments that it has designed to help customers differentiate hotels, based on their experiences and services, in the best beachfront locations to find the one that best meets their aspirations:

Iberostar Waves: A fun, intimate and comforting segment, ideal for families and couples who enjoy the beach.

Iberostar Selection: Designed to offer premium, generous and relaxed holiday experiences, guaranteeing a superior level of comfort and service.

JOIA by Iberostar: A collection of luxury resorts in unique and privileged locations, with highly personalized and exquisite service.

The new segmentation will be visible in the hotels over the coming months. Iberostar Waves Gaviotas Park (Fuerteventura) will be the first opening in the Iberostar Waves segment next August; JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, the company's first hotel on the Caribbean island, will be the flagship of the JOIA segment from the end of this year. The new identity is already palpable in some of the company's latest openings, such as the Iberostar Selection Creta Marine hotel located on the Greek island.
