The event began with a welcome cocktail hosted at The Verandah Resort with the theme 'Hello Summer 2024', which included cultural presentations of food, dance and entertainment. Travel tour operators from around the world met with local suppliers creating an environment conducive to networking and the creation of strategic alliances.
Participants enjoyed property tours on the island with a full day of familiarization tours, followed by a relaxing sunset cocktail. The itinerary also included a full-day excursion organized by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority. The excursion included visits to the Frigate Bird Sanctuary, Pink Sand Beach, Martello Towers and Princess Diana Beach. To close out the event, the new adults-only Royalton Chic hosted a grand "Nautical Chic" themed party.
