WTTC prepares for its 24th World Summit in Perth

Robert Irwin, conservationist and television personality, will be a keynote speaker at the event

The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC  ) has announced more speakers for the organisation’s 24th World Summit, which this year will be held in Perth from 8-10 October. Key business leaders taking the stage at the Summit include: Greg O’Hara, Founder 

and Senior Managing Director of Certares and Chairman of the WTTC; Matt Goldberg, CEO of TripAdvisor; Audrey Hendley, President of American Express Travel; Jerry Inzerillo, CEO of Diriyah Company Group; Hiroyuki Takahashi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JTB Corp; and James Thornton, CEO of Intrepid Travel, among many others.

Also joining the event will be renowned conservationist and television presenter, Robert Irwin. Known for his dedication to wildlife conservation and inspiring positive change, Irwin follows in the footsteps of his legendary father, Steve Irwin.
Organised by Tourism Western Australia (TWA) and under the theme “Ancient Land – New Perspectives”, this edition will showcase Australia’s rich cultural heritage and natural wonders, with an emphasis on innovation and sustainable growth for the sector.

The WTTC World Summit is the most influential annual event on the travel and tourism calendar. This year, industry leaders and government officials from around the world will gather in Perth to drive efforts for the future of a safer, more resilient, inclusive and sustainable travel sector.
