Avianca received recognition in the 'Travel and Tourism' category of the Ecommerce Awards Colombia 2024 from the Ecommerce Institute and the Chamber of Electronic Commerce. This award recognizes and highlights the contribution of different companies to boosting the online market and the digital economy in different Latin American countries.

As part of the launch of its new Avianca brand, during 2023, the company launched its revamped website www.avianca.com to improve the digital shopping experience for customers. This year, it also expects to have new features on its app so that more and more people can book their flights, personalize their trips, manage their reservations and resolve doubts with a single click.

Avianca was recognized at the eCommerce Awards alongside companies such as Bancolombia, Totto, OFFCORSS, Homecenter, Éxito and Mercado Libre. Currently, the company offers its customers 150 routes that allow them to connect with 75 destinations in 25 countries in America and Europe.
