Fort Zoutman, which celebrates its bicentennial in 2024, will be the perfect setting for this magical celebration of love. The "Aruba I Do" ceremony brings together hundreds of couples from around the world to honor and renew their vows in a dreamlike setting. Aruba's nature, with its crystal-clear beaches and romantic atmosphere, makes this island the ideal destination to reaffirm love.

This event seeks to invite all Latin American couples interested in renewing their love. We want to hear their stories and make this the most memorable moment of their lives. It doesn't matter how long they've been married; any couple can participate in this magical celebration, which is completely free for attendees.

The couples who have shared their stories with us demonstrate the power of love and the magic of Aruba:

“I arrived in Aruba participating in an international activity with my Peruvian colleagues, and we stayed at the La Americana Hostel. There I met my husband, it was love at first sight. The nature of the island played an important role in that love that endures in our hearts, and we long for renewal in the presence of our children.”

“We met when we were 9 years old and we separated as teenagers. We got back together 25 years later at the baptism of a mutual friend’s daughter and we never separated again.”

During the ceremony, there will be appetizers, champagne and live music to make this experience truly unforgettable. Participants are invited to dress in white with touches of Caribbean colors, immersing themselves in the vibrant spirit of the island.

“Celebrating love is something that fills us with happiness, which is why we want to invite all couples in Latin America to come to the 'Aruba I Do' vow renewal ceremony, so that they can experience the Aruba Effect and reaffirm their love,” says Jordan Schlipken, director of the Aruba Tourism Authority for Latin America.
