The event will be held at the Hotel Casino Acaray, with the support of the National Secretariat of Tourism, the Mutual Association of Bartenders of Argentina and co-organized by the International Association of Cocktail Academies.
The event was declared of National Tourist Interest by the National Secretariat of Tourism (SENATUR) and has a rotating format, since the first two editions were held in Foz de Iguazú and Puerto Iguazú, respectively. This year it is Ciudad del Este's turn to prepare to surpass previous editions.
The championship will be divided into three competitions, in which amateurs, professionals or experts in the field can participate, and they have the possibility of winning the championship, in addition to the best experience and knowledge of the field that is so important for tourism. The cost of registration is 30 dollars, with the delivery of a certificate endorsed by the institutions that support the event.

And this year's novelty is the FLAIR Category, which will reward the first 3 bartenders who surprise with juggling, skills, and the flavor of their drink. This category will be a posthumous tribute to the professor, jury member of the 2023 contest and prominent bartender from Ciudad del Este Ulises Guillen,
The invited judges are from three countries, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, with extensive experience in the field, making the event unique and a benchmark in South America.
In addition to the morning competition, there will be talks on topics related to the sector with internationally renowned professionals. In addition, a fair of materials and products used in cocktail making is being held within the Hotel Casino Acaray grounds for those who want to start in the field and for those who are already in it.
The event is organized by Viajeros Magazine, headed by Miryan Moreno, director of the media, who said that “we are eagerly preparing the event at our home, hoping to welcome all those interested who like good drinks, and those who make them, whether they are professionals or not, since the idea is to create a place that adds experiences and that improves every year.”
