Taste of Space Fall Bites! returns for its fourth year to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. From September 30 to November 3, 2024, guests will be able to delight their taste buds with fun, new flavors throughout the visitor complex. This year brings a delicious selection of special menus featuring the unmistakable flavors of fall that will be available for a limited time at various restaurants throughout the visitor complex. Access to the Taste of Space Fall Bites event is included with regular Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex admission; however, menu items will be available for additional purchase only. Taste of Space Fall Bites 2024 locations and menu: 
 
Inside Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex, the Space Bowl Bistro will offer a colorful bowl featuring quinoa, tri-color potato, green vegetables, diced apple, goat cheese and maple syrup.

At Orbit Café, visitors can warm up with a succulent chili with lentils and pumpkin or some delicious “Moon” pastries with brie cheese, blueberries with honey and toasted almonds.

For dessert, diners can head to Milky Way for a flaky pear tart with vanilla ice cream.

Red Rock Grill offers a meteor shower in the form of “meteorite” lamb meatballs with spicy mint vinaigrette.

The Moon Rock Café, located in the Apollo/Saturn V Center, will offer a fall pizza with bacon, fig and cream spread, pumpkin, sweet potato, sofrito, cheddar cheese and spices.

Local beers will also be available for purchase at Planet Play.

All menus and locations are subject to change. Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off On Oct. 4, mixologists from Lourdes Library, The Space Bar, Playalinda’s Brix Project, 28 North Gastropub, The Alilbi Cocktails & Bites, and Oceanside Distillery will compete for the coveted Marstini trophy at the fourth annual Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off. Taking place at Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex, guests 21 and older will be able to sample each martini and enjoy several fall dishes while mingling with veteran NASA astronaut Tony Antonelli. Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite cocktail creation to win the People’s Choice Award.
