What new things are you coming to present here at FIT?
We have many hotels in various destinations and right now the newest one we have is the Royalton Chic Antigua, as its name indicates it is a chic hotel with the particularity that it is an adults-only hotel. We are promoting this hotel a lot because it opened recently in April. We are also promoting Costa Rica a lot with the hotel we have that is a Planet Hollywood. And we invite everyone to follow us on our social networks and media gallery, where you can download content and if you have any questions, we are always at your service.
What's new for next year?
We have many benefits planned that will make a difference in the market for both travel agents and tour operators, as well as for us as a hotel chain, to increase our budget. There are many good things that we cannot yet announce, but that are already on the table. We are just waiting for the right time to bring them to light.
And how have you fared this year in terms of sales?
I am particularly very satisfied with the results that Latin America in general has shown, as well as the Argentine market, which has positioned itself quite well compared to previous years where unfortunately we did not reach the numbers. This year we can already say it openly, we are on the way to where we want to be, the numbers are going in our favor. The actions we are taking today are already bearing fruit and we know that this is only the beginning of everything that is to come.
What promotional actions do you have planned?
We are already starting to see the numbers for what is coming up, which is Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and we are always available to operators for any specific action or campaign that they want to see. Also, to support them with departures, we know that Aerolíneas Argentina has taken out some seats, and we are already in talks to do specific actions in that regard.
