Festuris – Gramado International Tourism Fair, a benchmark event in tourism business, brings a new attraction to this year's edition: a Beach Tennis tournament. Recognizing the increasingly important role of sports tourism, which generates billions and attracts millions of travelers around the world, the event aligns with global trends, promoting greater integration among participants.
With spots limited to 64 pairs and divided into four categories, the tournament is exclusive to those registered at the fair, with registration open until October 30. The cost is R$85 per person. The tournament will be held on November 10, at the Curta Beach Sports courts, in Gramado. "We want to provide a moment of relaxation and strengthen networking among participants, connecting tourism with sports practice", highlights Eduardo Zorzanello, CEO of Festuris.
Beach Tennis is spreading rapidly and has generated a strong economic and social impact, boosting sectors such as hotels, restaurants and transport, as well as promoting social inclusion and healthy lifestyles. “In addition to the trade fair, we are following global trends and sports tourism is becoming a global reference that generates billions in revenue across various modalities,” emphasizes Zorzanello.

FESTURIS FOOTBALL - The traditional tournament will pit the Gaucho National Team against the Rest of the World on November 9th. The integration duel is scheduled to start at 10 am, at the Vila Olímpica complex, in Várzea Grande. After the game there will be a celebratory lunch.
ABOUT FESTURIS - Festuris - International Tourism Fair is an event that has been held in Gramado since 1989. It is a stage for debates on relevant current topics and a business fair, considered the most effective in terms of results for exhibitors. For this year, Festuris estimates growth of between 10% and 15%, with more than 400 stands at the fair and more than 50 international destinations. More than 2,500 brands are expected to participate.
