Travel2Latam: What are the main differentiators of Sandals Resorts compared to other all-inclusive resort chains in the Caribbean?

Arlenes Garcia: Sandals Resorts is a chain that offers couples in love the comfort and sophistication of the most award-winning and luxurious all-inclusive vacation experience in the Caribbean. With 20 beachfront resorts in Jamaica, Antigua, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Barbados, Grenada, Curacao and St. Vincent and the Grenadines; each of the resorts reflects the design, gastronomy and unique essence of its island of origin. From butler service and gourmet cuisine to high-quality drinks and luxurious suites, including the first suites in the Caribbean, overwater villas and overwater bungalows. Therefore, we can say that Sandals Resort has some differences in relation to other brands with projects in the region.

Travel2Latam: Which Sandals destinations and resorts are most popular with honeymooners? Are there any that are particularly recommended?

Arlenes Garcia: We can say that all our resorts are popular with couples. Many of them are focused on honeymooners, as our entire experience is aimed at offering this client satisfaction and an excellent experience. As to whether there are some more recommended ones, I don't know how to answer you, as we can make a specific selection by audience. For example, if we think about Brazilians, they really like the resorts in Jamaica, Curacao and the Bahamas, as the tourist offices of these islands invest a lot in promotion, in addition to having excellent air connections.

Travel2Latam: How does the all-inclusive policy work at Sandals Resorts? Are water sports, themed dinners and leisure activities really included in the all-inclusive package?

Arlenes García: Yes, our packages are all-inclusive. What may vary is the category that the guest chooses; some include services that others do not. Such as the Butler category, in which each client has a butler at their disposal throughout their stay and the possibility of renting a Mini Cooper in Curacao and the Bahamas.

Travel2Latam: For a couple who has never stayed at a Sandals resort, what are the top experiences and services they can't miss?

Arlenes García: There are several experiences, from the varied network of gastronomic options at each resort, water sports, professional diving options, as well as visits to tourist attractions in the destinations, especially some islands that have a very diverse tourist offer.

Travel2Latam: Are there special offers for Brazilians or promotional packages that make it easier for guests from Latin America to stay at Sandals resorts?

Arlenes Garcia: Not directly, but our regional representatives are always in contact with travel agencies offering some specific promotions. That is why we always recommend that Brazilian clients look for a nearby travel agency, as this professional has access to several opportunities on the agent's website platform. In Brazil we even have two representatives: Renata Salina and Lia Constante. Renata serves the market of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and the South region, and Lia serves the Central-West, Minas Gerais and North market. The Northeast is a joint effort.
