Rappi, the Colombian superapp that has established itself as a leader in the Latin American market, and LATAM Pass, the loyalty program of LATAM Airlines, have joined forces to offer exclusive benefits to users of both companies.
Through this merger, Rappi users with Pro and Pro Black memberships will be able to accumulate LATAM Pass Miles for their purchases made within the Rappi App, in restaurants, supermarkets, Turbo and stores. For their part, LATAM Pass members will be able to redeem their miles for Rappi Credits to be used within the Rappi App.
In Colombia, nearly 65% of Rappi's daily users have the Pro membership, making approximately 37 million orders a year and generating savings of nearly $106 million annually. It is important to note that this membership was co-created with users. Each benefit was evaluated by them and they even participated in creating the name.

To access these exclusive benefits, users must link their LATAM Pass accounts in the Rappi mobile app, accessing the “Other Services” section, and then selecting the “Loyalty” option, choosing LATAM Pass as their preferred program.

Rappi PRO membership allows app users to enjoy unlimited free shipping, priority shipping, service fee discounts, special offers in stores, and receive surprises with Rappi Turbo. On Rappi Travel, PRO members can purchase their flights without paying a service fee, just like with airlines.

Likewise, the LATAM Pass loyalty program reaches 48 million members worldwide, and in Colombia, there are 3.5 million users who are part of this program. Recently, it was recognized as the best airline loyalty program in America for the second consecutive year at the Frequent Traveler Awards, awards voted for by frequent airline passengers around the world. For the 2024 version, votes were obtained from more than 3 million users in 186 countries.
