Europalco, Southern Europe’s largest provider of event and entertainment solutions, will showcase its expertise at IBTM World 2024, taking place from 19 to 21 November at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Attendees will be able to find Europalco at Stand D90 and at Stand D60 of Turismo de Portugal, where the company will highlight Portugal’s growing role as a destination for meetings, incentives, congresses and events (MICE).
IBTM World remains a key event for Europalco. “This fair is one of the most important in our calendar,” says CEO Pedro Magalhães. “Our goal is to reconnect with our international clients, introduce our services to new audiences and surprise them with innovative proposals that encourage creativity and engagement.”
Europalco raises the bar by transforming Stand D90 into a fully immersive experience. This year, the Portuguese supplier will not be putting the focus on individual products; instead, it will be highlighting the creation of an immersive and unforgettable experience for visitors. By using advanced video technology, Europalco aims to show how creativity and innovation can captivate and surprise audiences.
The details of the design of Stand D90 are being kept secret. Cíntia Carteiro, Marketing Director of Europalco, comments: “We have taken a bold step by designing a stand that is very different from previous years, offering an immersive experience to all attendees. We do not want to reveal too much, but rather surprise our visitors.

lasting impressions.”
At stand D60, located in the Portugal Tourism Office area, the Europalco team will meet with international event planners to present its wide range of services, including exclusive furniture rental, customizable staging and set-up, advanced audiovisual technologies and turnkey event management solutions. Through this collaboration with Turismo de Portugal, Europalco aims to
position the country as an accessible and dynamic destination for business events from around the world, while highlighting how its services can bring events to life.
