New: Entry for the ITB Transition Laboratory

The ITB Berlin Transition Lab expands the ITB Berlin Convention programme with exclusive side events and offers industry innovators the expertise they need to actively shape a changing tourism industry. The focus of this first lab is on marketing transition. Attendees will receive detailed insights with exclusive, up-to-date data – 20 key takeaways in 90 minutes. Topics include “AI-driven search vs. algorithm aversion – how to navigate?” and “Is sustainability a marketing factor?” Attendees can compare their results with those of global competitors and derive concrete, actionable strategies for their own company from the statistical findings. An additional ticket, available at the early bird price of 158 euros (regular price 198 euros) at the box office, provides access to the lab.

ITB Match & Meet ensures efficient networking: ITB Navigator presents important event information.

At ITB Berlin 2025, the new networking function ITB Match & Meet will handle all contact requests for the first time. It is currently accessible to all ITB Berlin ticket holders and allows them to efficiently search for business contacts even before the trade fair starts in March. By clicking on the personal link in the confirmation of ticket purchase or accreditation, basic data is automatically transferred to their personal profile. The platform features intelligent filter and search functions to find suitable contacts and generates personalized contact suggestions based on the user's profile details and interests.

With a comparison scale, you can identify suitable contacts at a glance. As always, regularly updating your profile ensures the best results. Filters help to easily select specific visitor groups, such as media professionals, speakers and members of the ITB Buyers Circle. An integrated calendar function makes scheduling easy, while the chat function encourages direct dialogue. Contacts can be collected and downloaded as a file for efficient business follow-up.

The ITB Navigator offers additional information and functions to ensure optimal preparation and success at the trade fair. As the main user interface, it contains detailed information on all events from January 2025 onwards. Optimised filters facilitate efficient searches for exhibitors as well as regularly updated congress and event programmes. A favourites function can be used to save important programme elements and exhibitors. To ensure that all contacts of a company are clearly visible, all employees must log in with their entrance code and use the ITB Match & Meet function.

An interactive exhibition map will also be available from January, making it easier to navigate the exhibition grounds. Selected sessions from the ITB Berlin convention will be streamed live during the show. All ITB Navigator features, as well as live streams from all convention stages and the Presentation Hub, will be accessible without a ticket or login.

Registration is now open for the ITB Buyers Circle, the exclusive meeting place for the best international buyers

ITB Berlin is once again inviting key decision-makers from the international travel industry to join the ITB Buyers Circle. Only 1,300 top buyers from the leisure, business travel and MICE sectors are eligible to join this exclusive circle each year. A jury of experts will select the members, who will enjoy a range of attractive benefits at ITB Berlin for one year until 31 October 2025.

The ITB Buyers Circle is an excellent opportunity to make new business contacts, network and exchange the latest industry information. It has been bringing together top selected buyers for over a decade and will continue to offer numerous benefits at this year's ITB Berlin. China will sponsor the ITB Buyers Circle 2025.

Members will have free admission to the ITB Berlin convention on all trade fair days. Content from the largest think tank in the industry will be available free of charge, both live and online. A cloakroom service, fast-track entry and exclusive access to the ITB Buyers' Circle Lounge in the Palais am Funkturm will also be offered. The lounge offers a variety of options for relaxed meetings with business partners, Wi-Fi access and a wide selection of newspapers and specialist publications.

On Thursday 6 March, members will also be able to take part in an exclusive ITB Speed Networking event. The ITB Speed Networking matchmaking tool is now incorporated into the ITB Match & Meet feature and enables top buyers to find suitable business partners even before the event.
