Scheduled for March 15 and 16, 2025, the meeting will take place at Valongo Park in Santos, a symbolic space that will house the city's new passenger terminal.
Each registration guarantees a complete two-day experience, providing a journey of learning and unique experiences. One of the days will be dedicated to a robust training programme at Parque Valongo, with panels, conferences and presentations focused on the professional development of travel agents, presenting the latest trends and innovations in the industry, including onboard technologies and the relevance of sustainability in the sector, with the presence of leading experts and market leaders.
A variety of current topics will be covered to help participants expand their sales strategies, such as Generation Z's behavior in relation to cruises, the potential of corporate tourism and onboard events, the growth of expeditions and river cruises, opportunities in luxury cruises, the role of digital marketing and automation in sales, and the importance of personalizing the customer experience.
The other day of the experience will be dedicated to technical visits on board one of the iconic ships participating in the event: Costa Diadema, Costa Pacifica, MSC Grandiosa and MSC Seaview, which will be docked in Santos during Cruise360. Upon registration, the agent will be required to choose one of the ships to take the technical visit, which includes a guided tour of the facilities and lunch on board. As the ships reach their maximum visitor capacity, options will be removed from the selection list.
In addition to the content programming and technical visits, Cruise360 Brazil stands out for its networking proposal and valuable connections for professionals in the sector. On Saturday, at the end of the activities, all agents will meet at Parque Valongo for a great exhibition of brands, products and services from important cruise companies, suppliers and tourist destinations. The meeting will end with a special cocktail and a surprise moment, designed to delight participants and make the evening memorable.
The registration fee includes participation in the two days of the event, technical visits, lunches on both days, networking cafés and the Saturday evening event, as well as transfers between the ship and Valongo Park, also on Saturday. Transport to and from the event and accommodation are not included, and the official website will indicate the partner hotels that will offer different rates for participants.
“The role of travel agents is extremely important for the cruise sector, which is one of the fastest growing tourism segments, with an offer that has increased by 2 million beds per year,” explains Marco Ferraz, president of CLIA Brazil.
For him, the event has the potential to transform the market and expand the reach of cruises in the country. “Our commitment is to offer a complete and immersive experience, training travel agents in a practical and strategic way. We want these professionals to feel prepared to explore the full potential of the sector and, with this, significantly boost cruise sales in the Brazilian market,” says Ferraz.
Registration for Cruise360 Brasil 2025 is limited and will be open starting January 13, 2025, exclusively on the event's official website .
