Palladium Hotel Group announces that it is strengthening its presence in the urban segment with the official opening of 45 Times Barcelona Hotel, located in Barcelona, Spain, from November 15, 2024.
With an unbeatable strategic location in the heart of Plaza Cataluña, the 4* superior 45 Times Barcelona Hotel has 119 rooms distributed in 11 different categories, which will temporarily operate under the ephemeral brand 45 Times Hotels. Its location, a short distance from the theatres of Las Ramblas and the majestic works
of Gaudí, is an attraction in itself. Also noteworthy are the building's neoclassical architecture and its unique decoration, including a mural piece by the urban art collective Boamistura, whose combination faithfully represents the cosmopolitan and versatile style of the city.
45 Times Barcelona Hotel will maintain the services and facilities of the current establishment, including its iconic rooftop with a pool and bar, from where guests can enjoy magnificent views of the city.

The opening of 45 Times Barcelona Hotel marks the group's return to Barcelona, where it was present until 2022 with 3 assets operating under the Ayre Hoteles brand.
The plan is that, following its conversion, 45 Times Barcelona Hotel will become part of the BLESS Collection Hotels portfolio after a period of approximately one year, following the same concept of experiential luxury that characterises this exclusive Palladium Hotel Group brand. “With 45 Times Barcelona Hotel, we are continuing a concept of ephemeral hotels, which pay homage to the most cosmopolitan traveller and which allow us to operate assets in an agile manner for a certain period of time and then transform them into established concepts within the umbrella of the Palladium Hotel Group brands” says Juan Serra, Corporate Managing Director of Only YOU Hotels & BLESS Collection Hotels.
The opening of 45 Times Barcelona Hotel is the second for Palladium Hotel Group this year, following the opening of Only YOU Hotel Sevilla last March. This brings the total number of establishments operated by the hotel management company to 41, 19 of them located in Spain.
