The event will take place on April 22 and 23 in the cities of Buenos Aires and Córdoba (Argentina), immediately after WTM Latin America, which will be held in Sao Paulo from April 14 to 16. In this way, April is consolidated as a strategic month to generate and strengthen relationships and alliances between the main destinations and tourism professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Caribbean Caravan Reloaded 2025 will take place in April 2025 in the cities of Buenos Aires and Córdoba. This exclusive event will bring together approximately 70 leading luxury travel agents, Virtuoso advisors and operators in the segment in Argentina, consolidating itself as a key networking platform for the promotion of Caribbean destinations in the region.
After five successful editions, the Caribbean Caravan is relaunching with a renewed focus on the luxury segment, offering a unique experience based on an interactive roundtable dynamic. Travel agents will rotate around the exhibitors' tables in 20-minute rounds, allowing a personalized approach to the Caribbean offer. In addition, the event will include a welcome breakfast and an exclusive lunch, creating an environment conducive to interaction and the establishment of long-lasting business relationships.
