With 656 accommodations and an attached commercial tower that receives more than 5,300 people daily, the development remains a reference in the hotel and events market.
At a breakfast held at the YVÁ Gastronomia restaurant, general director Reginaldo Cunha presented the 2024 results, the projections for 2025 and the investments made. Among the highlights, the hotel's average occupancy in 2024 was 61%, with a target of reaching 64% in 2025.
Key figures and results
R$11 million in renovations: Includes room renovations, bed replacements and corridor modernization. In terms of beds alone, the hotel invested in replacing 1,260 mattresses, increasing guest comfort.
Growing satisfaction: The hotel rose from 121st to 20th place in TripAdvisor's quality rankings, reflecting its focus on improving the customer experience.
Revenue of R$105 million in 2024: A significant increase compared to 2023, driven by corporate events. 381 events were held in the year, generating R$22 million in revenue from room rentals and banquets alone.
Projections for 2025
With renovations completed and new services being implemented, such as a VIP parking lounge, Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera is banking on continued growth. Occupancy is expected to increase to 64%, with a focus on increasing the participation of international guests, who already represent 20% of the public.
Furthermore, the arrival of a new Marketing and Sales Director promises to reinforce the visibility of the hotel, which is part of the Wyndham chain, with more than 9,200 properties in 95 countries.
Infrastructure and location as differentiators
The hotel stands out for its strategic location in the southern part of São Paulo, combined with a robust infrastructure, including 18 event rooms with capacity for up to 1,330 people simultaneously. The combination of hospitality, modernization and quality service positions Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera as one of the main players in the hotel sector in the capital.
