The new enhancements are designed to reduce barriers to digital adoption, making it easier than ever for airlines and B2B travel buyers to transition from outdated manual processes to a seamless, fully digital booking experience.

Juuso Klemola, co-founder of myPlane, said: “Moving from decades-old manual processes to digital distribution across an entire industry doesn’t happen overnight. To ensure that airlines and travel buyers can immediately enjoy the benefits of a transparent and efficient booking solution, the transition needs to be as seamless as possible.”

“Thanks to artificial intelligence, we have now made it easier than ever for the industry to adopt a modern, streamlined approach to charter bookings. This is a major step forward for commercial charter, which will accelerate the shift to digital and enable even greater efficiency for both airlines and travel buyers.”

The AI-assisted management tool enables airlines to convert their countless incoming queries into standardized formats. For most commercial airlines, that means feeding 200-500 charter flight query emails a day into a centralized system, allowing them to simultaneously collect data. As a result, airlines can automatically categorize, structure, and respond to requests through a digital platform, dramatically reducing administrative workload and improving overall productivity.

Meanwhile, B2B travel buyers, including group travel specialists, tour operators and corporate travel agencies, benefit from faster and more structured charter flight offers from airlines. The AI-powered system standardizes quotes, improving transparency and making it easier for buyers to compare options and efficiently confirm bookings.

Since its launch in 2022, myPlane has led the way in bringing efficiency and transparency to an industry that has long relied on complex email-based workflows. With over 140 airlines and 1,300 B2B users already using the platform, myPlane continues to set the standard for digital innovation in commercial charter bookings.
