Palladium Hotel Group strengthens its management committee in a key period of growth

Ana Morillo joins the company as Corporate Managing Director Business Unit High Energy and All Inclusive Brands

Palladium Hotel Group is strengthening its management structure with the addition of Ana Morillo as Corporate Managing Director Business Unit High Energy and All Inclusive Brands. In this new role, Morillo will lead the operations, sales and marketing strategy for brands such as Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts, TRS Hotels, and The Unexpected Hotels, among others.

This addition comes at a key development context for the international hotel management company, which recorded a record recovery after the pandemic period, achieving a 60% growth in managed business volume between 2019 and 2024. The group closed last year with revenue exceeding 1.2 billion euros, with an increase of 12% compared to 2023. Palladium Hotel Group is also working on an ambitious development plan, which already includes six openings and a committed investment in managed assets of more than 650 million for the next two years.

Ana Morillo has a solid professional career in senior management positions in the hospitality sector. She began her professional career in consulting, where she gained experience for six years. She subsequently joined a multinational in the hotel sector, holding various positions of responsibility until reaching the position of Global Senior Vice President Commercial Strategy. Later, she returned to consulting as Senior Director, leading strategic projects for the hotel sector.

With this new addition, Palladium Hotel Group has announced a change in its structure, dividing the management of the nine hotel brands that make up the group's portfolio with a presence in eight countries into two business units. On the one hand, the so-called Lifestyle Brands Business Unit, which includes the brands Only YOU Hotels, BLESS Collection Hotels, and the ephemeral brand 45 Times Hotels; with Juan Serra as general manager of the unit. And, on the other hand, the aforementioned High Energy and All Inclusive Business Unit, whose general manager is Ana Morillo, and which includes the brands The Unexpected Hotels, Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, the franchised Hard Rock Hotels, Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts, TRS Hotels and Palladium Hotels.

With this new structure, the international hotel group seeks to continue promoting the sustainable growth and profitability of each of its hotel brands, fostering synergies between similar brands in terms of distribution, product and customer experience.

This structure will ensure optimisation in strategic decision-making and improved coordination and cooperation between teams, as well as a strengthening of the capacity for personalisation and the generation of added value for the company's stakeholders.
