The event, held in January at Costanera, featured the prominent presence of Lucas Bueno, Senior Sales Manager for Latin America, among other officials.

Royal Caribbean is based on three pillars: innovation and technology, cultural identity, and evolution.

Regarding innovation and technology, the event highlighted the company's goal of transforming the traditional cruise experience, which is why it has developed Voom, an app for pre- and onboard experiences, virtual reality, and cutting-edge shows.

Another highlight is cultural identity. The company is focusing on Mexico with strategic investments, such as Royal Beach Club Cozumel and Perfect Day Mexico, and strengthening its sales force, as well as launching the Serenade of the Seas and Jewel of the Seas cruises from Panama and Cartagena from October 2025 to April 2027, the company's longest cruise season in Latin America.

The last pillar mentioned is evolution, in which the shipping company now displays a renewed visual identity, consistency and continuity, the value of listening to its customers and conducting market research, and its commitment to efficiency and sustainability at the corporate level.

During the event, the Serenade of the Seas was promoted, which has 7-night itineraries from Cartagena and Panama, visiting the islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao from October 2025.

Regarding Jewel of the Seas, the cruise line announced an extension due to high demand, seasonal in Latin America with 7-night itineraries from Cartagena and Panama, visiting the islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao from October 2025 to April 2027
