São Paulo (SP) – March 18, 2025 – Trul Hotéis, a multi-brand hotel operator, announced an ambitious expansion plan for 2025, with the goal of adding 16 new hotels to its portfolio. With this expansion, the company expects to increase its current capacity by 1,650 rooms, representing a 54% increase in revenue compared to the previous year.

Trul Hotéis currently manages 10 hotels in operation in four Brazilian states: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Bahia. The expansion will not only increase the brand's presence in the country, but will also reinforce its position as one of the leading operators in the sector in Brazil.

The growth plan reflects Trul Hotéis' confidence in the potential of the Brazilian market and its strategy to further consolidate itself as a leader in the hotel segment. With the addition of new projects, the operator promises to contribute significantly to the development of the sector and strengthen its service network in several regions of the country. In addition, it has four more projects under construction in the states of Mato Grosso, Santa Catarina and Paraná, with delivery scheduled for the next 24 months.

According to the company's CEO, Alejandro Moreno, the goal is already beginning to materialize in this first quarter, a period in which the company intends to announce at least five new operations. “2024 was a year of strengthening so that we could be sure that we are ready to take the company's biggest leap forward in its almost seven-year history,” highlights the executive, who before becoming a partner at Trul was president of global giants such as RCI and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

To support this expansion plan, the company has been bringing in strategic executives to support this projected growth. In addition, it has been investing in corporate governance and innovation, such as the recent creation of the ESG Committee, which seeks to optimize operations while always showing strong respect for the environment and people, says Trul's CEO, André Bekerman.

2024 ended with impressive results for Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel, a development with over 600 apartments in the capital of São Paulo, which has been managed by Trul Hotéis for a year. The figures for the first year of management indicate gross revenue of R$105 million, a substantial increase in guest reviews and a record distribution of dividends to over 500 investors in the complex. Not to mention the increase in occupancy.

This year, the chain is focusing on a movement that aims to add new timeshare projects and also ventures linked to entertainment and parks. The director of new business, Luciano Carvalho, is firm in commenting that “Trul has become the best option for hotel investors because, in addition to offering management that aims to distribute dividends without forgetting the constant revitalization of the asset, it is always in tune with the new behavior of travelers, which puts us one step ahead of the market in terms of guest experience.”
