Tourism Minister Pablo Menoni emphasized the importance of joint work between public and private stakeholders to improve the passenger experience, not only in terms of supply but also in terms of logistics and accessibility.
The authorities were welcomed by Captain Vincenzo Cilento, and the traditional gift presentation and a tour of the cruise ship took place.
MSC Poesia is an innovative cruise ship with an elegant style that combines traditional craftsmanship and creative designs. It was completed in 2008 at the Aker Yards shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, and has a capacity for 2,550 passengers. She is a sister ship to MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra, and MSC Magnifica.
