Costa Cruises is organizing an awards event dedicated to the travel agencies in the Americas with the highest
sales volume in the 2024/2025 period. This recognition of the region's business partners is part of the activities celebrating the company's outstanding performance.

The awards ceremony took place on Saturday, March 22, aboard the Costa Favolosa, during a cruise designed especially for Costa's travel agents and partners in South, Latin, and North America. Guests embarked on March 21 in Rio de Janeiro to visit the Brazilian destinations of Ilha Grande and Balneario Camboriú, and the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo, on a five-night voyage that will conclude with disembarkation in Buenos Aires on Wednesday, March 26.

Representatives of major operators and travel agencies from Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States are aboard the Costa Favolosa alongside Costa's regional team, including Dario Rustico, Executive President for the Americas; and Fernando Joselevich, Country Manager for Argentina and Latam.

The Costa Américas Awards event also features a special appearance by Luigi Stefanelli, Costa's Global Vice President of Sales.

During these five nights, guests have the opportunity to experience the full Costa cruise experience with the best of Italy's hospitality, cuisine, entertainment, and services, as well as enjoy the
natural beauty and rich local culture through excursions in the ports of call.

The Tourism Offices of Angra dos Reis and Balneário Camboriú offered exclusive tours showcasing the most iconic sites in these beautiful cities.

“The first edition of the Costa Americas Awards is, above all, a moment to highlight the companies and professionals who significantly contribute to Costa's commercial success in the region, and to further strengthen our ties. This is the first time we've brought together partners from different locations in the Americas for an onboard event to celebrate achievements with those who share our passion for Costa Cruises,” emphasizes Dario Rustico, Executive President of Costa Cruises for the Americas.
