Virgin Voyages presents Rojo by Razzle Dazzle: a Spanish-inspired culinary experience debuting on Brilliant Lady

MIAMI, FL – April 3, 2025 – Virgin Voyages brings the vibrant flavors of Spain to the high seas with Rojo by Razzle Dazzle , an innovative Spanish-inspired restaurant debuting aboard Brilliant Lady, the newest member of the brand’s rebel fleet. Following the stunning success of Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle, the Chinese-inspired restaurant that opened in November aboard Scarlet Lady, this bold culinary innovation promises to get sailors’ taste buds dancing.

Acclaimed chefs Justin Severino, a four-time James Beard Foundation Award nominee, and Nate Hobart will co-direct Rojo by Razzle Dazzle, bringing their ingredient-driven, shareable culinary innovations to sea. From Cocheres de Morcilla, the Spanish-style charcuterie taking Pittsburgh by storm, Severino and Hobart are bringing their deep passion for Spanish gastronomy directly to the decks of Virgin Voyages. Some of their favorite recipes will also join the experience. Rojo's new menu will include the legendary Morcilla Oxtail Montadito, with seared oxtail, caramelized onions, Mahón cheese, and crostini.

During the day, Razzle Dazzle's signature brunch will have a Spanish-American flair, served in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Exciting new dishes include ham croquettes paired with morning classics like açaí bowls, pastries, and frittatas. At dusk, Rojo transforms into an upscale dining experience, filled with vibrant Spanish energy. Featuring Razzle Dazzle's sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere, the menu features pintxos, tapas, and large plates, all inspired by Spain's most renowned culinary regions.

To ensure the cocktails match the explosive cuisine, Virgin Voyages partnered with Barcelona-based Onada Consulting, bringing an authentic Spanish touch. The brand also sought out iconic bars in Spain's most popular cities, including Barcelona, ​​Madrid, and San Sebastián. The cocktails capture the authentic Spanish spirit in every sip with authentic ingredients, flavors, and style. As for Rojo's grapes, the wine list ranges from bold reds like Rioja and Ribera del Duero to refreshing Albariños from the Rías Baixas. For brunch, Rojo serves handcrafted vermouths, vibrant sangrias, perfectly paired sherries, and Provocativo cava spritzes.

Virgin Voyages completely redesigned the Razzle Dazzle space for Rojo, creating an environment that honors Spanish culinary traditions. Rich wood details, intense red and orange tones, and elegant finishes enhance the new look. Combined with a mix of lively shared tables and intimate nooks, this inviting space perfectly embodies the essence of Virgin Voyages: bringing together incredible people with exquisite food and unforgettable experiences.

Rojo by Razzle Dazzle isn't the only revamped dining experience coming to the Virgin Voyages fleet. Extra Virgin combines sailor-favorite dishes with new pastas, including arancini, seafood risotto, and roasted monkfish. At Gunbae, the only Korean barbecue at sea, new offerings include kimbap rolls, bulgogi beef, and bo ssam (whole roast pork with oysters and caviar).
