The awards were a fitting finale to what has been an inspiring and highly successful edition of the show.
This year’s event brought together cruise lines, suppliers, and hospitality leaders from across the globe to celebrate innovation, creativity, and excellence in food and drink at sea. The Awards ceremony, hosted on the final day of F&B@Sea at Mana Wynwood Convention Center in Miami, recognised those pushing boundaries and elevating the F&B experience across the industry.
The 2025 Cruise Line winners are:
· Best Restaurant – Atlas Ocean Voyages – Porto
· Most Sustainable F&B Programme – Hurtigruten Norway
· Best Beverage Programme – Holland America Line
· F&B Maverick – Sami Kohen – VP of Food & Beverage, Princess Cruises
The 2025 Supplier winners are:
· Wellness Pioneer – Purely Elizabeth (Granola)
· Most Sustainable Product – Café Azul (Sustainable sourced products)
· Trailblazing Product – Babylon Micro-Farms (Hydroponic micro-farms)
· F&B Innovation – Aquafab (Vegan egg white alternative)

The F&B@Sea Awards are designed to spotlight excellence across the cruise F&B sector, recognising both emerging talent and established leaders who are making a lasting impact on the industry.
F&B@Sea will return in 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center from 15-16 April 2026, continuing its mission to connect, inspire and celebrate the global cruise culinary community.
