Travel tips for a smooth Easter
: Flight status: Avianca notifies customers in real time via email and WhatsApp of any itinerary changes. Additionally, customers can stay up-to-date on their flight status at avianca.com and the official app.

Digital Channels and Self-Service: It is recommended to check in 48 hours before your flight or 24 hours before for flights to or from the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, as well as manage reservations through digital channels. Advance notice: It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance for international flights and 2 hours in advance for domestic flights.

Requirements in order: It is advisable to verify with the competent entities and authorities that all required documentation is in order for the destination, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates if necessary.

Luggage: Take into account the luggage included in the fare of the ticket purchased, as well as its characteristics, to avoid additional charges and transport items such as cell phones, laptops, tablets, cameras, portable external chargers (power banks) and any object containing lithium batteries only in the cabin of the plane, and not in the hold, for security reasons.
