Foster Viajes, the only travel agency in the country representing Royal Caribbean with a street-facing location, received a visit from Lucas Bueno, Sr. Sales Manager, Latin America & Caribbean for Royal Caribbean International, and Luis Enrique Guajardo Contreras, Sr. Executive Trade Marketing Events LACAR for Royal Caribbean, who shared the latest news from the shipping line and the reasons why they continue to win over Latin American travelers.

As part of "Studio By Foster," Foster Viajes' streaming talk series created to share valuable content for the travel and tourism professional community, Michel Diana, CEO of the agency, had the opportunity to speak with both executives, who presented the shipping company's latest developments for the
Latin American market, sharing their experience and details about the ships.

New Routes and Experiences
First, they unveiled Serenade of the Seas' new 7-night itinerary, departing from Cartagena and Panama and visiting the islands of Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao, starting in October 2025. But the most important thing, added to this announcement, is the possibility of traveling the Caribbean without needing a U.S. visa. "Something worth highlighting is that 85% of passengers who have already taken this trip are willing to do it again," highlighted Lucas Bueno. "This demonstrates the high level of passenger satisfaction experienced on our ships, making us the leading vacation company."

The important thing about these offerings is that they are 100% tailored to the Latino audience, with appropriate entertainment and food, and onboard staff fluent in Spanish.

Two major launches
On the other hand, and through the voice of Guajardo Contreras, two major launches were announced. On the one hand, Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in the Bahamas, "it's an enclave with beaches, pools, entertainment, food, and drinks, which will open in December 2025," the executive highlights. The second major launch is Perfect Day Mexico,
a new destination added to the Caribbean and twice the size of Perfect Day at Coco Cay. "With these two major openings, Royal Caribbean manages to bring the cruise experience from the ship to land," he emphasizes.

Michel Diana commented, “In recent years, the industry has grown exponentially, with new ships, more itineraries, and tailored experiences for every type of traveler. Royal Caribbean has been one of the main drivers of this evolution, launching innovative ships like Icon of the Seas and expanding its
offerings with unique itineraries and cutting-edge onboard technology.”

Foster Viajes recently conducted a study surveying 600 people, which showed that 69% of respondents said the greatest benefit of a cruise is having everything included, followed by 16% who highlighted not having to pack and unpack suitcases all the time, 8% who valued the possibility of having excursions in each port, and 6% who highlighted the onboard activities.

The Importance of Advisory Services
During the livestream, the three executives emphasized the importance of advisory services when choosing a ship and being able to tailor the trip based on the needs and characteristics of the passenger(s). "Advisory services are essential so that passengers can choose the cruise that best suits their needs and preferences," emphasized Michel Diana. "Our advisors are trained to provide a personalized experience and help passengers make the best decision for their trip."

"Consulting isn't just about choosing a ship, but also about understanding passengers' needs and preferences to provide them with a unique and personalized experience," added Lucas Bueno. "The cruise experience begins from the moment passengers choose their trip."
