Aeropuertos Uruguay was recognized as one of the most attractive companies to work for in Uruguay, receiving second place in the Randstad Employer Brand Research ranking.
This is an independent Employer Branding study in Uruguay conducted by Randstad, a leading global talent company that ranks the most attractive companies to work for based on public perceptions.
For the survey, 2,002 Uruguayans between the ages of 18 and 64 were polled, including students, active workers, and the unemployed, regarding the 75 largest employers in the country.
Those interviewed highlighted the appeal of Aeropuertos Uruguay, which has earned it a place on the podium of "Lovebrands," which refers to those that have managed to "captivate" national talent due to their successful support for changing employee expectations and preferences to align with their current needs.
