Countdown to the 2025 Tianguis Turistico

From April 28 to May 1, the Baja California Center, located in Rosarito Beach, will host the 49th edition of the Mexico 2025 Tianguis Turistico. This event, organized by the Ministry of Tourism (SECTUR), will bring together hundreds of international buyers, tour operators, agencies, airlines, hotel chains, and representatives from all 32 states, with the goal of promoting Mexico's wide and diverse tourism offerings.

For the first time in its history, the Tianguis is moving to northern Mexico, a region renowned for its proximity to the U.S. market, its border culture, its thriving economic development, and its internationally renowned cuisine. The event not only represents a promotional showcase but also a key opportunity to spur investments, strategic alliances, and projects that strengthen the national tourism industry.

According to SECTUR, 900 purchasing companies from 43 countries have already confirmed their participation. In addition, more than 70,000 business meetings have been scheduled, a figure that anticipates a high level of interaction and commercial opportunities. This edition will also feature specialized pavilions for nature tourism, cultural tourism, gastronomy, MICE, medical tourism, and romance tourism, among other segments.

The 2025 Tianguis Turistico will also have a strong cultural component, with a series of parallel activities showcasing the art, music, wine, and cuisine of Baja California, consolidating this region as a multifaceted and attractive destination.
