This international travel event will bring together AI experts and thought leaders from around the world to explore how AI is transforming the leisure and business travel landscape, optimizing operations and improving the customer experience.

According to recent research by Statista, AI and machine learning have accounted for approximately two-thirds of global technology investments made by travel and mobility companies since 2020. Across the travel industry, AI is being adopted at all levels, from customers using AI-powered tools to plan their trips to tourism providers leveraging AI to improve resource management and provide more personalized guest services.

Danielle Curtis, ME Exhibition Director, Arabian Travel Market, said: “At ATM 2025, we are delighted to announce an exciting program of visionary speakers. Attendees can expect insightful discussions that will delve into the latest technological advancements, ethical considerations, and practical applications. In addition, we will showcase innovative developments throughout the exhibition, from sophisticated booking solutions to data analytics tools that empower organizations to make informed decisions. This is an unparalleled opportunity for travel professionals to stay at the forefront of AI and gain actionable insights that drive business success.”

On the opening day of ATM, Cassie Kozyrkov, CEO of Kozyr and a world-renowned speaker on AI, will lead a keynote session on "AI Adoption: From Buzzwords to Business Strategy," explaining how companies in the travel industry can identify real opportunities to improve their businesses. Kozyrkov will take a deep dive into organizations' challenges, uncover the biggest threats in this sector, and discuss the future of AI.

Known for founding the field of Decision Intelligence and serving as Google's first Principal Decision Scientist, where she led the tech giant's transformation to AI, Kozyrkov is a renowned AI advisor and speaker who has transformed the way organizations like Gucci, NASA, Spotify, Meta, and GSK approach their AI strategies. She has presented at some of the world's most prestigious venues, including the United Nations (UN) and the World Economic Forum, and aims to inspire and empower ATM audiences on how to embrace the future with confidence and innovation.

Speaking ahead of the event, Kozyrkov said: “I’m delighted to be attending Arabian Travel Market 2025. There’s a lot of buzz surrounding AI, but it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish fact from fiction. My session will help attendees see the opportunities to apply AI to their businesses, while improving their lives and the lives of those around them.”

AI has great potential to build a better world. I hope to inspire attendees and show them practical ways to harness the power and beauty of data for automation.

In another ATM session, futurist and travel expert John Duffield will share fascinating insights on how AI and intelligent systems are transforming the industry by enabling hyper-personalized experiences, seamless connectivity, and innovations. During his presentation, Duffield will also discuss how travel providers can prepare now for these technologies, while addressing challenges such as data privacy and resistance to change.

As technology continues to evolve, travel companies are identifying innovative ways to use human-centric technologies to connect with their customers. During this session, she will explore how the integration of the two is revolutionizing event planning, execution, and experience, as well as address the challenges posed by the rise of AI.

On April 30, Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, will provide a comprehensive overview of the future outlook for aviation in the era of global transformation and disruption, discussing how AI, among other factors, is reshaping the future of flying.
