This Thursday, a full day of promoting Tierra del Fuego took place with the "Presentation of the 2025 Winter Season at the End of the World" along with an important Business Roundtable that brought together tourism service providers from Tierra del Fuego with operators from Buenos Aires. Later in the afternoon, the "Official Launch of the 2025 Winter Season" took place with the presence of the National Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Sports, Daniel Scioli, municipal and provincial authorities, heads of national and provincial tourism sector chambers, operators and specialized press.

In this regard, Querciali stated that "we are officially launching the 2025 Tierra del Fuego winter season, with great enthusiasm for the support of the provincial and national tourism sectors. We know that our destination's strength is its snow and ice, and with that in mind, we developed this proposal, which is part of the Fin del Mundo Destination Commercial Positioning Program. This program provided training to operators to showcase our products through various presentations by the managers of the Cerro Castor and Cerro Martial winter resorts, the Ushuaia Ski School, and the Tierra Mayor, Llanos del Castor, and Husky Park mountain resorts, who joined us."

At this point, he emphasized the importance of having the support of local providers, as well as Aerolíneas Argentinas, who provided first-hand information about their products to more than 80 product managers from companies updating their offerings or incorporating the destination into their sales this year.

“The Institute also organized an important business roundtable with the presence of 45 companies from Tierra del Fuego, which generated commercial links with more than 180 operators in Buenos Aires,” he emphasized.

Within the framework of the season launch, the president of INFUETUR stated that “it is important to begin this winter season marketing process early enough to maximize its potential. These opportunities provide the opportunity to meet with the national public and private tourism sector and promote the destination's winter tourism offerings, encouraging advance purchase for winter vacations.”

“We also announced the start of the publicity campaign in Buenos Aires City, where you will find the End of the World promotion in subway stations, shopping malls, and on major avenues. We also invite the public to be part of the National Winter Festival we will hold in July, establishing this event as a special opportunity to experience winter at the End of the World with special offers and promotions,” he added.

"These actions are important for continuing to combine efforts. We are grateful for the support of the various sectors. We emphasize that we have extensive connectivity through Aerolíneas Argentinas, Flybondi, and JetSmart, and a comprehensive offering of quality products and services. We are working together to promote our destination, understanding it as a fundamental part of our provincial economy," said Querciali, thanking the provincial and national tourism sectors for their support.
