Arajet carried 84% of the passengers who flew with Dominican airlines in March, according to the latest figures reported by the Civil Aviation Board (JAC).
According to JAC figures, Arajet transported 82,576 passengers during the month of March, not including those in transit. Therefore, adding connecting passengers, the total number rises to almost 100,000 passengers transported in the third month of the year.
Arajet stood out in the first quarter of the year, transporting a total of 232,501 passengers; including transit passengers, it reached 287,000 passengers, making it the Dominican airline with the highest number of flights from Las Américas International Airport and Punta Cana International Airport.
Víctor Pacheco Méndez, CEO and founder of Arajet, stated that these results reaffirm the airline's commitment to the development of tourism, trade, and the country's competitiveness.
