What stands out about Yucatán's presence at this edition of the Tianguis?
We participated with more than 40 companies and 75 representatives from the tourism sector. Our goal is to demonstrate that Yucatán offers a comprehensive range of attractions, from beaches and archaeological sites to gastronomy and meeting tourism.
What experiences are you promoting most strongly?
Nature tourism is booming: cenotes, jungle trekking, and Mayan communities offer authentic experiences. We also highlight Mérida's culinary boom and cultural events.
How are you working to ensure that visitors extend their stay in the state?
Through packages connecting different points in the state. We're also promoting new air routes and strengthening ground connectivity to facilitate access to lesser-known attractions.
Which markets do you consider priority at this time?
The domestic market remains the most important, but we're also strengthening our presence in the United States and Europe, especially in the cultural and nature segments.
