This event took place at the Antel Arena and was attended by Tourism Minister Pablo Menoni, Director General Florencia Ualde, and National Director Cristian Pos. Vice President Carolina Cosse also attended the fair's opening.

The fair offers a space for exhibitions, training, and integration for both the local and regional tourism sector and the general public. At the same time, Montevideo's various municipalities are the setting for innovative tourism experiences.

Tourism Minister Pablo Menoni highlighted the international standing this type of event provides. "Obviously, having a group of invited delegations and foreign exhibitors is, in itself, a generator of income and foreign currency for our country. Therefore, the continued existence of this event is very important."

He also indicated that training is a fundamental aspect: "You have various workshops here with exhibitors, providing extensive training, and we understand that this support for the tourism sector necessarily requires a training base."

In his speech, he also emphasized that tourism development requires planning and coordination. He noted that Tourism 360 is a great example of coordination between the national government, the departmental government, and private sectors.

The fair's objective is to share experiences, knowledge, and innovations, strengthening the connection between the community and tourism offerings in an inclusive and accessible setting. Tourism 360 reaffirms its commitment to the five areas of action of the Smart Tourism Destination (SDT) management model, highlighting technology and innovation as key drivers of sustainable destination development, accessibility, and governance.

Companies, entrepreneurs, and tourism sector workers, professionals, researchers, teachers, and students from the tourism value chain in Uruguay and abroad found a space for integration, focusing on training and exhibition activities. In addition, various entertainment options were offered, including artistic performances, an exhibition area with activations, and tourism offerings.
