As part of Sabre's executive leadership team, Jennifer will define the
company's global marketing and brand strategy, with the goal of driving growth, strengthening customer connections, and positioning Sabre for the future.
Jennifer joined Sabre in February 2025, bringing more than 25 years of experience helping companies advance and thrive in transformative environments. A strategist by trade and disruptor by nature, she has developed and repositioned brands at the intersection of technology and customer needs, leading integrated marketing and growth strategies at companies such as Travelport, Telaria, Travelocity, Condé Nast, and SAY.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has championed the use of data, bold storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
to generate new market opportunities and provide brands with sustained relevance in rapidly changing industries.
“A brand is a promise made to the market that the company must deliver. I'm excited to lead a great brand at a company that has made a strong commitment to innovation and excellence in product delivery, placing the customer at the center of every solution it develops,” said Jennifer Catto. “Sabre has done what many companies only talk about: modernizing its foundation. Today, it's a unified, intelligent travel marketplace that prioritizes performance over promises. My role will be to build a brand that accurately reflects that transformation, instills trust in the market, and strengthens Sabre's presence across all channels and customer experiences.”
A recognized industry leader, Jennifer has been nominated for a Cannes Lions Award, won the AdAge Brand Leader Award, and was selected as a Top 50 Professional by GBTA WINiT.
He is also a frequent speaker and analyst for leading media outlets and maintains a firm commitment to redefining how companies engage with audiences and generate sustainable value through innovation.
“Jennifer’s appointment reflects our commitment to bold, strategic leadership at this pivotal stage for Sabre, as we accelerate our evolution into the travel industry’s leading technology platform,” said Kurt Ekert, Sabre’s president and CEO. “She combines creativity, operational focus, and a deep understanding of digital transformation—a combination that is increasingly difficult to find. With Jennifer leading marketing, we will enhance our brand, strengthen our relationships with customers and partners, and solidify our unique offering in the market.”
With this addition, Sabre continues to strengthen its leadership team and solidify its focus on delivering innovative technology solutions that drive the future of travel.
