Once the budget is approved by the client, the operations department goes into action, checking the availability of drivers and vehicles to meet this call. With a fleet of 75 cars in the city of São Paulo alone and a network of partners in more than 150 countries, the company guarantees a robust number of cars, which are parked in the company's three official garages in the capital of São Paulo, two of which are in Vila Leopoldina and one at kilometer 19 of the Anhanguera Highway. Armored vehicles, in turn, are the most sought after by customers. In 2023 alone, the demand for these vehicles grew by 700%.  

The next step takes place in the preparation sector, which is responsible for ensuring that all of the vehicle's safety and comfort components are working perfectly before it leaves the CS garages. From tire pressure to internal cleaning of the vehicle, every detail is carefully checked, including even checking the vehicle's documentation, such as licensing and IPVA, so that it always hits the streets with everything in order.

Careful service until the end of the race

But care and attention are not limited to inspections. CS Global professionals are committed to arriving at the passenger's pick-up location one hour in advance. From the confirmation of their reservation to their disembarkation at the end of the trip, customers can follow all the driver's movements in real time. This technological interaction takes place through the company's own communication system with the passenger, where the company updates the trip status via SMS, email and exclusive link for each service.
