IMEX Frankfurt 2025, one of the most important global trade fairs for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) segment, has officially opened. Until May 22, the Messe Frankfurt venue will become the main meeting point for destinations, hotels, convention centers, buyers, and event solution providers.
Under the theme “Impact 2.0 – Activating the Future,” this year’s edition proposes a strategic vision to revitalize the industry through innovation, human-centered design, sustainability, and new forms of leadership.
More than 3,000 exhibitors from 150 countries are participating in this edition, and thousands of B2B meetings with qualified international buyers are expected. Latin America is represented by established destinations such as Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica, as well as emerging markets seeking to gain visibility in the European and global markets.
The educational program offers more than 150 sessions, distributed across nine thematic areas ranging from technology applied to events to personal and organizational development. New areas such as "Design Matters" and "Leadership and Culture" are highlighted, designed to inspire industry leaders with practical tools and applicable content.
IMEX also reinforces its commitment to sustainability, promoting measures such as voluntary carbon offsetting, the use of reusable stands, and an active waste reduction policy.
